- Eat freshly cooked food.
- Eat your food warm.
- Eat only when you are hungry.
- Be mindful of the quantity.
- Avoid heavy foods.
- Give enough time for the previously ingested food to get digested before you eat again.
- Add a teaspoon of dry ginger powder to 2 litres of water and boil to half. Warm ginger water boosts digestion & metabolic rate.
- Do not adopt a ZERO fat diet. Sesame oil and cow’s ghee in moderation (with meals) helps to keep the ‘digestive fire’ ignited.
